Eva Fountain - I have water on my work surface, is my fountain leaking?

Your fountain will not leak unless one of the two tanks is broken. If you have broken a reservoir in your fountain, contact our partner service on 02 37 26 32 78 or by e-mail at contact@fontaine-eva.fr. Check the installation of the tap: there are 2 joints, each with a rounded side and a flat side. The flat side must be positioned on the tank wall. Do not overtighten the nut or you will crush the joints.
