Refund policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot unfortunately offer any refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your article must be in the same condition as you have received or not used it, with labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at fontaine.a.gravite@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label unprepared, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The articles which are sent to us without requesting beforehand a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Non -returnable exceptions / articles
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers or plants), personalized products (such as special commands or personalized items) and personal care products (such as products of beauty). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific article.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sold items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new article.

Reimbursements
We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. In the event of approval, you will be automatically reimbursed in your original payment method. Remember that the treatment and publication of reimbursement can also take some time in principle less than 15 days, to your bank or to your credit card company.
