Return policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, here are the conditions under which we accept returns.
Return time
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return. After this period, we will unfortunately no longer be able to process your request.
Eligibility requirements
To be accepted, the returned item must be:
- in its original, unused condition;
- accompanied by its labels and in its original packaging;
- accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase.
Return procedure and right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.
To exercise this right, you can use our online withdrawal form or contact us directly at contact@fontaine-a-gravite.com.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions for returning the package. Any package returned without prior agreement will be refused. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels.
Receipt and damage
We invite you to inspect your order upon receipt. In case of defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours to contact@fontaine-a-gravite.com.
Important: If the package shows visible damage upon delivery, you must refuse it to the carrier. Without reservation expressed at the time of delivery, no claim for damaged package can be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not practice direct exchange. To obtain another item, return the original item (after your request is accepted) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the decision. If approved, the refund will be automatically sent to your original payment method. Allow a few working days depending on your banking institution.
Fees in the event of withdrawal or non-withdrawal
If you withdraw after shipment or if you do not collect your package within the allotted time, the following costs will be deducted from the refund:
- 7,90 € initial shipping costs (even if delivery was free);
- 7,90 € package return costs.
We systematically inform our customers of the arrival of their package via Colissimo notifications and our own reminders. Despite these reminders, if the package is not collected within the following deadlines, this clause applies:
- 14 days for a classic relay point;
- 4 days for a Pickup relay.
