📦 Information on collection from a relay point
- Pickup Station locker: package available for 3 working days.
- Merchant relay: package available for 10 working days.
- Post office: package available for 15 calendar days.
Withdrawal from a merchant relay is made upon presentation of a identity document. For deposit collection, please bring the codes received by email.
