🚚 Delivery

What are the delivery times?

Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery in mainland France generally takes 2 to 4 working days. For the EU, allow 3 to 7 working days depending on the country.

Do you deliver outside of France?

Yes, we deliver throughoutEuropean Union. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

How do I track my order?

A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent to you upon shipment. You can track your package directly via the link provided.


💧 Our fountains & filters

Can I use my fountain with tap water?

Yes, all our fountains are designed to filter tap, spring or rain water. They work by gravity, without electricity or connection.

Are the fountains NSF certified?

The filters we offer have been tested according to standards NSF/ANSI 42, 53 and for some P231 (microbiological purification). Certifications are detailed on each product sheet.

Should I clean my filters?

It depends on the type of filter. Filters Black Berkey® can be cleaned with clean water and a soft sponge. Cartridges EVA and Coldstream cannot be cleaned and must be replaced depending on their lifespan. Check your brand guide for more details.


📦 Orders and returns

How do I modify or cancel my order?

Contact us as quickly as possible via our contact form or by email. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to modify or cancel it.

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days after receipt to return an unused product in its original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product.

What should I do if my product is damaged upon receipt?

Take some photos of the package and product damaged and contact us immediately. We will find a quick solution (replacement or refund).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and Shop Pay. Payment in installments may be available depending on your profile.

Are my payment details secure?

Yes, all transactions are secure via the protocol SSL and processed by Shopify Payments, PCI DSS certified.
