To avoid this photosynthesis phenomenon, you can buy our oeko tex fabric covers (handmade) to protect your Eva fountain or move it to a shaded place. Your fountain is not leaking, unless you have broken one of the two reservoirs. If you have broken a reservoir in your fountain, contact our partner service on 02 37 26 32 78 or by e-mail at contact@fontaine-eva.fr. Check the installation of the tap: there are 2 joints, each with a rounded side and a flat side. The flat side must be positioned on the tank wall.
