Monderma Guarantee
All products supplied by the company Sarl Monderma benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by article L. 217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code, as well as the warranty against hidden defects provided for in article 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
Warranty periods

The warranty period begins on date of receipt of the product by the original purchaser.
General conditions
- Guarantee applicable against all defect in material or workmanship under normal use.
- In the event of proven non-compliance, the product may be returned, exchanged or refunded.
- Any complaint (repair, exchange, refund) requires a prior approval from after-sales service.
- The guarantee is strictly personal : it only applies to the original buyer and is not transferable.
- The buyer is responsible for routine maintenance and replacement of wearing parts to maintain warranty benefit.
Exclusions and causes of cancellation
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper, abusive or non-compliant use, an accident, negligence, or modifications that alter the performance of the product. The following actions automatically void warranty coverage:
- Leave one of the filter elements freeze.
- Use water from a dehumidifier with purification elements for daily use.
- Breaking or damaging a filter element following fall.
- Cause a system failure following a poor assembly or poor maintenance.
- Transport the system without removing the filters beforehand, causing the stems to break.
- Use water from a salt softener, likely to clog the elements or cause rust to the stainless steel.
- Do not use the equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and instructions.

- Reference and order date
- First and last name
- Reason for complaint
- After validation by our after-sales service, you will receive the return terms as well as a prepaid shipping label via email.
- Returns are supported free of charge during the entire warranty period.
