Information about Eva ceramics
Your Eva ceramic
Your Eva ceramic will not always stay white because it acts as a microbacterial barrier and traps impurities potentially present in your water such as rust, lead and sediment. This phenomenon is completely normal.
Cleaning Eva ceramics
We recommend cleaning your Eva ceramic once a month to maintain its optimal performance. Here's how to do it:
- Take the upper tray where the ceramic is located, but do not remove it from the tray.
- Place your bin in a clean sink without blocking the drain.
- Pour tap water into the tray as well as a glass of white vinegar.
- Let the water drain, then add only tap water again and let that drain as well.
- Repeat this operation twice.
This will ensure that your Eva ceramic works optimally and maintain the quality of the water you consume.
