Check that you have purged the Eva filtration cartridge, fill a large container with tap water and immerse the entire cartridge horizontally, turn it on itself, air bubbles escape from the front and back of the cartridge. Wait until the air bubbles have completely disappeared, rinse the cartridge under tap water and screw it onto the fixing cup. Repeat filtration cycles to obtain soft water.
