Fountain Eva - I have green algae on the top of my basket or in my filter cartridge. What should I do?

These are microscopic and non -toxic algae caused by an exposure of your fountain in direct light. To avoid this photosynthesis phenomenon, you can buy our OEKO TEX fabric covers (handmade) to protect your EVA fountain or move it to a shaded place. Also it will be necessary to clean the mineral basket (see page 17 of the booklet) and order a new filtration cartridge.
