Fountain Eva - I have water on my work surface, my fountain fled?

Your fountain does not flee, unless you have broken one of the two tanks. If you broke a tank of your fountain, contact our partner service on 02 37 26 32 78 or by email at contact@fontaine-eva.fr. Check the installation of the tap: there are 2 seals with each time a domed face and a flat side. The flat side must be positioned on the wall of the tank. Do not tighten the nut too hard otherwise you crush the joints.
