Berkey® - Specifications of Black Berkey® elements
Specially formulated to treat more than 200 typical contaminants found in tap water and other freshwater sources. Our unique black Berkey® elements are made from an exclusive mixture of media and are supported by independent third -party tests. The reference in terms of gravity water filtration, the authentic Black Berkey® elements are capable of a greater reduction in contaminants and a lifespan longer than almost all other filtering elements on the market.
The Black Berkey ® Element formulation has been tested by accredited third -party laboratories to exceed the NSF/ANSI 53 standard.
