Return and reimbursement conditions
Our return and reimbursement policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will unfortunately be able to reimburse or exchange your item.
Return eligibility conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The article must be in the same state as that in which you received it: not used, with its labels and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Solid items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Return procedure
To initiate a return:

- If your return is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and the place where you send your package.
- The return shipping costs are your responsibility. We do not provide a prepaid shipping label.
Any article returned without prior request will be refused.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt. In the event of a defective, damaged or incorrect article, contact us within a maximum period of 48 hours So that we can assess the problem and offer a solution.
It is your responsibility to check your package on delivery and refuse it in the event of visible damage. A complaint regarding a damaged packaged accepted package cannot be taken into account.
Trade
The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the initial article (after acceptance of your return request) and place a new order for the desired item.
Reimbursements
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you of the approval or refusal of the reimbursement. If the refund is approved:
- A credit will be automatically applied to your initial payment method.
- The treatment can take up to two weeks to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or your credit card company.
Return and non-retrait
In case of withdrawal after shipment or non-retrait of the order:
- An amount of 7,90 € will be deduced to cover the initial shipping costs, even if they were offered.
- An additional amount of 7,90 € will be applied for return costs.
We inform our customers by several channels:
- Notification by Colissimo concerning the arrival of the package.
- Reminders via our service, taking place several times from the arrival of the package.
If the order is not recovered within the time limits (14 days for a classic relay point or 4 days in pickup relay), these costs will be applied.
