Return and reimbursement policy

Our return and reimbursement policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer reimbursement or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your article must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we will send you a Unprecedented return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The return shipping costs will be your responsibility. The articles returned without request for prior return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong article. We will then take the necessary measures to correct the situation.

There are certain exceptions where only certain types of products can be returned. This includes perishable products (such as food, flowers or plants), personalized products and personal care products (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept the returns of seated items or gift cards.

Regarding exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new article.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you if the refund has been approved. If this is the case, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or to your original payment method. Please provide up to two weeks for reimbursement to appear on your statement.
