THE Big Berkey® is the ideal gravity filtration system for a family of 1 to 4 people. Robust, autonomous and elegant, it works without electricity and settles in a few minutes, indoors and outdoors.

This version is equipped with 2 FTO+ filters from Coldstream, one of the best filters in the world, manufactured in England and supported by very strict independent tests.

✔ FTO+ COLDSTream filters: advanced technology

FTO+ filters combine medical quality ceramic with compacted active charcoal, enriched with colloidal silver. Their double action structure allows extremely fine filtration, with exceptional retention of contaminants:

• Viruses, bacteria, cysts, parasites
• Pfas, pesticides, herbicides
• Heavy metals: lead, arsenic, mercury, etc.
• Drug and hormone residues
• Chemical compounds: chlorine, VOC, hydrocarbons
• Microplastics, sediments, rust

The tests carried out by European laboratories show that FTO+ filters meet many standards, including ANSI/NSF 42, 53 and P231. They are compatible with all Berkey® systems and other standard gravity filters.

Lifetime : Up to 3000 liters per cartridge (6000 liters for 2 filters), depending on the quality of incoming water.

Tips for use:

Just pour water into the upper bedroom. The water slowly crosses the FTO+ filters and is collected in the lower room, ready to be consumed. The stainless steel tap allows clean and practical service.
