Information concerning the Sport Berkey® bottle and the Go Berkey® kit
We would like to inform you in complete transparency: the Yvelines Departmental Directorate for the Protection of Populations (DDPP) is currently conducting an investigation concerning the Sport filter bottle Berkey® and its replacement filter. Pending official conclusions, Berkey has decided to temporarily suspend the sale of these items in France.
👉 What does this imply?
- The Berkey® Sport filter bottle and its replacement filter are currently no longer available in France. France.
- The Go Berkey® kit remains available, but without the bottle.
This measure is purely preventive and regulatory. This is not an immediate safety issue, but an ongoing investigation.
Berkey USA will conduct its own investigation into this matter and will let you know as soon as we have more information. This withdrawal only concerns France.
In the meantime, you can continue to benefit from our other water filtration systems, still available and compliant with current requirements.
