Return and Refund Conditions

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange your item.

Return eligibility conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

To initiate a return:

Any item returned without prior request will be refused.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt. In the event of a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within a maximum of 48 hours so that we can assess the problem and propose a solution.

It is your responsibility to check your package upon delivery and refuse it in the event of visible damage. A complaint concerning an accepted damaged package cannot be taken into account.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different product is to return the original item (after your return request is accepted) and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or denied. If reimbursement is approved:

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
  • It may take up to two weeks for processing to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Return and non-collection fees

In the event of withdrawal after shipment or non-collection of the order:

  • An amount of 7,90 € will be deducted to cover initial shipping costs, even if offered.
  • An additional amount of 7,90 € will be applied for the return costs.

We inform our customers through several channels:

  • Notification by Colissimo regarding the arrival of the package.
  • Reminders via our service, warning several times of the arrival of the package.

If the order is not collected within the allotted time (14 days for a classic relay point or 4 days for a Pickup relay), these costs will be applied.
