1 - Black
with activated carbon: Activated carbon neutralizes chlorine, bad odors, traces of solvents, chemicals and dyes still present in the water

Charcoal & colloidal silver (WSM3000): neutralizes chlorine, bad odors, traces of solvents, chemicals and dyes still present in water. Eliminates potential bacteria by diffusing colloidal silver attached to activated carbon (EXCLUSIVE EVA UNITED PATENT)

2 - White
Natural mineral silica sand: neutralizes acidity and restores a pleasant taste to the water by adjusting its PH to a slightly alkaline level (7.2 to 7.8)

3 - Rosé
Zeolite: Zeolite is a microporous natural mineral of volcanic origin. Fixes heavy metals and softens water

4 - Gray
Volcanic rocks: support the action of activated carbon and maintain the purity of the water. Diffuse 14 basic minerals (magnesium, iron, zinc, calcium, etc.), restoring optimal mineral qualities to the purified water.

Ceramic, high density, original classic model. The high-density ceramic, 1 cm thick, 0.2 microns porosity, retains potentially suspended matter diffused by drinking water pipes, such as rust, salmonella, eschericia coli, etc. It works on the principle of an anti-bacterial barrier. It is recommended to clean the ceramic once a month, without detaching it from its mounting base, with white vinegar mixed with tap water.

Volcanic minerals

Thanks to its exclusive and patented process, volcanic rocks release a mineral supplement rich in trace elements, allowing your body to be supplied with essential elements for its physiological balance.

EVA rocks diffuse more than 14 basic minerals (magnesium, iron zinc, calcium, etc.), giving the purified water optimal mineral qualities, they also contribute to the stabilization of the PH obtained after filtration.

The blue basket opens easily to be refilled with minerals.

For fountains with BEP system, the white magnetic disk inside the basket cannot be thrown away, like the green IRL piece which can be kept. They are unalterable and reusable for life…

Recommendation: for people suffering from chronic or acute kidney problems, it is best to seek advice from your specialist on the use of this basket.

Following disruptions at the Belgian post office, the order has still not been delivered and I have no follow-up.

Please note, when taking your order, you indicate your address, whereas by default it is that of a parcel relay that is not accessible on foot!!

When I try to see how to resolve the situation with after-sales service, no solution possible, worse they wanted to bill me for additional shipping costs.

No dialogue possible, no right to make mistakes and no application of the law on the right of withdrawal which stipulates that you must be reimbursed, including transport costs.
In short, expensive products for poor customer service.
