We recommend replacing Black Berkey® elements every 11,355 liters (22,710 liters per set of 2 elements). Elements may require more frequent replacement depending on the quality of the influent water. If desired, Berkey PF-2™ fluoride and arsenic reduction elements can be installed on each Black Berkey® element.
