Black Filters Activated Carbon and Silver Filter

The filters have been tested by NSF International (USA) according to NSF/ANSI standard 42. The test with Berkey red food coloring is remarkable: the red water comes out clear after passing the filters. Black Filters is compatible with Berkey, British Berkefeld, Weeplow, Phoenix and ProOne gravity systems. The activated carbon stick is made of high-quality coconut shell activated carbon powder, combined with polymer materials, and processed by special processes. It is designed to effectively eliminate:

• Organic matter
• Residual chlorine
• Radioactive substances
• Pesticides and herbicides
• Volatile organic compounds (VOCs)
• Heavy metals (lead, mercury, cadmium)
• Unpleasant odors and taste
• Bacteria and microorganisms
• Suspended particles
• Industrial chemicals

The filter also has discoloration and odor removal effects. The coal block is injected with silver, which helps prevent the growth of unnecessary pollutants.

Instructions for Use

1. Soak the filter element completely (approximately 10–15 minutes) before use.
2. To avoid affecting its service life, do not use this filter element as a coarse filter to directly intercept impurities.
